Celebrating 25 Years of DOT Excellence

For the past 25 years, Path to Purchase Institute has been recognizing the very best in marketing and merchandising at retail through our Design of the Times awards program.

In recognition of this milestone anniversary, we’ll be conducting a special retrospective in 2019 that will celebrate the “Best of the Best” from the program’s first 25 years. The Institute’s editorial team will evaluate the top winners through the years to identify the in-store campaigns that represented truly breakthrough merchandising concepts or evergreen marketing themes.

We’ll showcase the top winners from all of the DOT’s 25 years in the fall issues of Path to Purchase IQ (and on, and then unveil our “Best of the Best” standouts at the Path to Purchase Expo, which will be held Nov. 12-14 in Chicago.

We’ll also kick off our next 25 years of awards recognition by opening the nomination period for the 2020 Design of the Times competition on Nov. 13, to coincide with the festivities at the Path to Purchase Expo.
